Hydration is the base
Even mild dehydration results in a dull complexion and dull skin.
For a well hydrated skin, it is advisable to drink at least the equivalent of 8 glasses of water per day, dispersed throughout the day.
However, ideally, we shouldn't stop there. Because it is possible that these 8 glasses are not enough. Unless you add moisturizing foods.
