Yoga is a way of life and a complete physical activity for body and soul. The practice of yoga brings real benefits by improving strength and flexibility but also by reducing stress and anxiety.


Yoga works all the muscles of the body in a more or less gentle way. Muscles strengthen, lengthen, relax


It mobilizes and activates all the joints (tendons and ligaments) and the muscles that surround them. Holding postures for several minutes relaxes muscles and tendons, making them softer and more flexible. Thus, the risk of injury is reduced because the joints are reinforced and more inclined to withstand the shocks and stresses of walking, descending stairs or even practicing sports such as running for example.
